QB Training
The overall goal is to help quarterbacks enhance their game to play at their highest level possible.
Time spent in a one-on-one setting allows for a more personal relationship to be developed. These sessions are typically held at a slower pace to cater to the quarterbacks specific needs. We will focus on promoting your strengths while strengthening your weaknesses by using individually tailored drills and techniques.
When working with Shaun, each quarterback will also be put through game like scenarios to prepare them for whatever situation that may be thrown their way.

What to expect:
A single session will last about 1 hr long. The first 10 minutes will be dedicated to a dynamic warm-up. During the warm-up, Shaun will discuss with the quarterback what the focus of the day will be.
*Each 1-on-1 session the athlete will need:
Tennis Shoes and Cleats
Water and/or Sports Drinks
Football you play with
Group
QB Trainings
Group sessions will typically last anywhere from one to two hours depending on the number of quarterbacks to attend. These sessions are often held at a faster pace with coaching at a more broad level.
