Shaun Rutherford | Founder

Shaun is the CEO & Founder of Tier 1 Quarterback. He attended both Blinn Junior College and Texas State University. While attending Blinn Shaun won 2 Conference Championships and a National Championship. After graduating from Blinn Shaun attended Texas State University where he helped earn their first FBS win ever, with a huge upset over University of Houston and earned player of the week and National recognition. Shaun still holds multiple records at Texas State. After graduation Shaun spent 3 years playing NFL Europe where he won 3 titles and rewrote the record books for each organization he played for. After his stint in Europe Shaun returned to the states to volunteer his time with Texas State University to help groom and develop quarterbacks on the roster with his former OC Mike Schultz & HC Dennis Franchione. It was then he mapped out his future with mentoring and developing Quarterbacks to be their best. Shaun has trained over 20 professional athletes and hundreds of collegiate and high school athletes. He has also produced some of the top quarterbacks to come out of Central Texas over the last 6 years.
